About Michelle
Please, allow me to introduce myself.
I am Michelle, a British native, and UK certified and legally registered bilingual English and Italian Speaking Wedding Celebrant. Ciao!
My Love with Italy
My love affair with Italy goes back to 2001 when I first came to Italy and met my husband. I have been working with Italy since 2000, currently living with my Italian Abruzzese husband and son in Italy since 2010. My work background is bespoke luxury and tailor-made travel operating, wedding and honeymoon itinerary planning, organising and venue inspection.

My Wedding
Back in 2010, when I got married in a church, this was the most common way here in Italy and still is by Italian standards, traditions rule the roost. There was a lack of wedding ceremony services for multi-cultural and multi-lingual couples and the celebrant was unheard of. I organised all parts of my wedding and conducted it partially in Italian and in English language in the region of my husband’s town in Abruzzo, Italy. I had the most amazing day but if I could do it all again I would definitely hire a celebrant.
Being a bilingual translator and interpreter led me to assist and officiate ceremonies. I discovered just what an incredibly pleasurable experience it was. From there on, I decided to make it into something more. It is almost as if I am assisting two close friends express their commitment to each other and I really look forward to and pride so much to be part of their special occasion.
My Work

Once you open your heart to me, I can really make it count for you. Creativity and personalisation is a must in all aspects of my work. Italy offers so many options and so much variety for the opportunity to celebrate, awake your emotions and indulge in love and romance. Look out for my ideas on Pinterest.
I am ready to offer you sincere warmth and assurance to deliver and craft your words into a ceremony that resonates with your sentiments and aspirations for you to treasure forever in your hearts.
Con Amore,
Michelle
